Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

1.1. Dog Psychology Center LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides online booking for dog boarding, boarding with training, and puppy bus services (round trip).

1.2. By purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.2. All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

• If the service cannot be delivered as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
• If the service is canceled by the client 14 days or more before the scheduled date, subject to a cancellation fee of AED 200 to cover administrative costs.
• If the service is canceled by the client between 14 days and 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date.

3.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellations are subject to our approval. Clients may cancel a booked service by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

4.2. Cancellation requests received after the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of AED 200 to cover expenses incurred.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services.

5.2. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
